Morrow Process Solutions

Company Background

Morrow Process Solutions brings over 150 years of combined experience in engineering and plant design to deliver turn-key solutions for the diverse needs of today’s RNG, biogas developers, oil and natural gas producers and midstream operators.

Our founder, Luke Morrow, learned the business from his father, who founded SouthTex Treaters in 1986. As the industry began exploring the future possibilities of renewables, he realized that most operators were relying on third-party vendors and subcontractors who delivered incomplete and disjointed infrastructure.

A better process was needed.

Morrow Process Solutions offers complete project results – from start to finish. When you partner with us, you work with a single-source provider with the equipment, materials, staff, and expertise to deliver a customized solution – on your schedule and within your budget.

Our fabrication shop has the tools and materials to manufacture your equipment, customized to your specifications and within your budget. We maintain an over 17,000 sqft warehouse to make certain that our inventory for assembly and repairs is never slowed by supply-chain issues.

Our SELEXOL TM Technology is uniquely designed for the challenges of raw LFG, including the removal of CO2, H2S, water, and heavy hydrocarbons. This physical solvent-based technology offers up to 98% methane recovery efficiency, and requires less compression than other LFG technologies, lower your operating and maintenance costs.

We’ve also been awarded three patents for technologies utilized for methane recovery and plant efficiency.

We can create customized packages that partner with you, from financing and permitting through construction and operation. Our sytems encompass ASME code vessels, piping, electrical and instrumentations systems, well heads, and more. We’ll stay by your side to oversee your ongoing operations and maintenance needs.
